Content Removal

If you own or manage a public Instagram account and don't want it to appear on IG Story Viewers, we'll exclude it. Once an account is excluded, our tool refuses to show its stories, highlights, reels or profile, for every visitor.
1. How to request removal
Email us with the subject line "Content removal" and include:
- The Instagram username you want excluded.
- A way to confirm you own or manage it. The simplest is to send the request from the email address or website listed on the account, or we can reply with a short code for you to add to your bio for a few minutes.
2. What happens next
After we confirm the request, we add the username to our exclusion list and reply to let you know. From then on, anyone who searches that account on IG Story Viewers sees a message that the owner asked us not to show it.
Excluding an account only affects our site. The account stays public on Instagram and on other viewer sites.
3. Other ways to control who sees your stories
Anyone can see stories on a public account, whether or not they log in. If you want more control everywhere, not just here:
- Set your account to private, so only approved followers can see your stories.
- Share sensitive stories with Close Friends only.
- Hide your story from specific people in Instagram's settings.
